Shipping Policy

DiscipleLand ships orders within the 48 hours via UPS using real-time rates plus a surcharge for handling or USPS using standard rates. Orders received on evenings, weekends, or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and military post offices (APOs and FPOs) are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs may differ from what is shown on the web order. You will be contacted with the correct shipping amount.

UPS Deliveries

• You must enter the ship to address accurately and completely. Incorrect or missing information will result in the package being delayed or returned to our warehouse. Additional fees will be incurred.
• Do not include your church name on the address if shipping to a residential address. Do include the church/ business name on the address if applicable.
• UPS will not leave a package at a church or business address without a signature. Someone must be present to sign for the package.
• If your church/business hours are posted at the address, UPS is required to make a delivery during that time.
• UPS does not operate on weekends, so there is no movement of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

UPS 2-Day Delivery Note:

2-Day Delivery means that you are guaranteed to receive your order two business days after it ships.

Example 1: an order placed on Monday will typically ship on Tuesday and will arrive on Thursday.

Example 2: an order placed on Thursday will typically arrive on Tuesday of the following week. (UPS does not operate on weekends, so there is no movement of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.)

International orders have two ship options:
