When does my order ship?
Any order placed before 1pm EST usually ships the same day or next day. You can call DiscipleLand to find out.
How do I track my order?
The best way is to give your e-mail when you order—UPS will send you tracking information. Otherwise you can call DiscipleLand and we will give you the tracking information or track the package for you.

Call DiscipleLand as soon as you think your order is late and we will run a tracer to find the status.
Allow 7-10 days depending on your U.S. location. Hawaii, Alaska, and international orders will take longer.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping for UPS ground is based on UPS real-time rates plus a surcharge for handling. USPS is based on standard rates.
When will my order ship?
Orders placed on weekdays usually ship within 24-48 hours.
Can I track my package?
Provide your e-mail address when you order. UPS will send you tracking information. Otherwise call DiscipleLand. We will provide tracking information or track the package for you.
I am having trouble downloading/printing sample lessons from the web.
Sample lessons are fairly large and can take time to download. Also, make sure you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, available for free download here. If you are still having trouble, order a free DiscipleLand Catalog .
Why can't I get free samples—actual copies—of DiscipleLand resources?
DiscipleLand is an undated curriculum, which means that all our material is usable (and sellable) all the time. Because of this, we cannot offer outdated material. We do offer a 30-day review period for all of our resources, so you can order the material and return it within 30 days if you decide not to use it. You will have to pay the return shipping, but we will credit the entire original invoice as long as we shipped it UPS ground.
Churches with a valid billing address, phone number, and tax ID# can set up an account to be billed on Net 30 terms.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card is charged when your order is invoiced, usually the day your order ships.
When will my credit appear on my account?
Credit for materials you return appear on your account the week the materials arrive in undamaged, resalable condition.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only individuals in Colorado and Nebraska pay sales tax. Churches and Bookstores with a tax ID# and anyone else not in those states do not pay sales tax.

Call DiscipleLand and we will mail, fax, or email you a copy. You can also go to My Account and view your orders there.
How do I pay my past due amount?
You can send a check (please put your account # on the check) or call with a credit card.
Your username should be your e-mail address. If you still are having trouble call DiscipleLand and we will retrieve your account information.
I forgot my password.
Go to My Account and click on "Forgot your password?" If you do not receive an e-mail response, please call DiscipleLand and we will give you a new password.
How do I create an account?
Click on the My Account link. Click on the Register button and follow the instructions.
How do I edit my account information, including my e-mail address?
Click on the My Account link. Enter your e-mail address and password, and you will be able to edit your information.
Call DiscipleLand and we will issue a Return Authorization form either by fax or mail, and a UPS return label if appropriate. Put the Return Authorization form in the box with the product you are returning and take it to a UPS or FedEx location for shipping.
I received the wrong product.
In the event that your order is incomplete, damaged, or includes defective products, contact us within 24 hours at 800-284-0158. Please have your invoice number available. We will arrange for new/correct products to be sent to you and the defective material returned to us at no additional cost to you. Please keep any packaging that is damaged until you talk with us. This packaging may be needed to make a claim with the shipping company.

How do I report what appears to be a typo/mistake in a DiscipleLand resource?

Which Bible translation appears in DiscipleLand resources?
DiscipleLand is "translation independent." Instead of printing actual Bible text in our lessons, we supply only the Bible verse references. Children look up Bible verses in their own favorite translations.
What translations are Bible Memory Cards available in?
New International Version, English Standard Version, New Living Translation, New American Standard, King James Version, and New King James Version
What is DiscipleLand’s Bible translation policy?
Many good English Bible translations are presently available. The variety of translations magnify the richness of God’s Word and help Christians grow in biblical knowledge, Christlike character, and godly conduct.

Through the Bible Publishers is the name of the company that publishes DiscipleLand Bible curriculum. DiscipleLand is the title of the children’s brand we publish.
Named in honor of the late Dr. Harlan Roper, Roper Press was a previous name of this publishing company. We still publish his classic adult Bible studies.
Is DiscipleLand affiliated with Walk Through The Bible or Thru the Bible?
Although we share similar names with these fine companies, we are not linked to either of them in any way.

DiscipleLand resources contain rich, full-color graphics. Because of this, downloadable DiscipleLand sample lessons are fairly large files. Depending upon computer configuration, some uses may experience problems opening these files. We recommend that you install the latest free version on Adobe Reader, available here.

What does it mean that DiscipleLand resources are "undated"?
"Undated" resources are available throughout the year. They can be used at any time, not just on a suggested "date" printed on the workbooks. This means you can begin DiscipleLand any time you want, based on your own calendar and needs. Of course, DiscipleLand does harmonize with the traditional Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer quarter system, too.
Are music CDs or DVDs available with DiscipleLand resources?
No recorded music or video is presently available. When music is referenced in the teacher guides, we encourage you to use versions convenient to you.
What do you mean by Quarters and Levels?
A DiscipleLand quarter is 13 lessons. DiscipleLand Core Bible curriculum features six levels that roughly correspond to grades 1-6 in school. A "level" is one year of curriculum.

In addition to English, what languages are DiscipleLand resources available?
DiscipleLand resources are not currently available in other languages.
I’ve heard that DiscipleLand is a missions-oriented curriculum. How so?
Jesus told His followers to "make disciples of all nations." Each DiscipleLand product line features world missions in a prominent way. Preschool Bible lessons include many stories about God’s work around the world. Core Bible levels offer WorldWatch sections that highlight different missionaries, "unreached" people groups, and missions education topics. Adventure units take kids on special journeys to different places across the globe.
Why are DiscipleLand’s Christmas and Easter lessons sold separately?
Because DiscipleLand curriculum is "undated," Christmas and Easter lessons are not included in the regular teacher guides. Seasonal lessons are sold in packs that supply 12 children and 1 teacher.
Are DiscipleLand resources available for teens and/or adults?
We have no junior high or senior high resources at this time.

How do I know if my DiscipleLand resources are the newest/most current version?
The back of each DiscipleLand book indicates when it was printed.
We are using Core Bible Level [X]. I am looking for the second year of material for that year.
Each DiscipleLand Level is age-specific—only one year of curriculum. If your class combines children of different ages, purchase the next level up or down for the second year. Alternate between these two levels during successive years.
How are puppets used?
DiscipleLand Preschool, Kindergarten, and Core Bible (Levels 1-2) features a puppet script for every lesson. Teacher Guides include contemporary Dee-Cy-Paul stories that are also written as puppet scripts. Use the puppets with these scripts for the DiscipleTime story in each lesson.
Do you have a book of puppet scripts? Where are the puppet scripts?
Each DiscipleLand Preschool Teacher Guide includes 12 puppet scripts—one script for every lesson. More than 200 scripts are available through 20 Teacher Guides! We do not have a collected book of puppet scripts.
The Bible teaches the existence of one God who reveals Himself in three eternal and coequal Persons. God the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are distinct members of the Trinity.
Where are Baptism, the Ten Commandments, the Sacraments, etc. taught?
DiscipleLand curriculum teaches about specific subjects such as these in the Bible passages that address the topic.
Disciple Guides are student workbooks for children.
What does it mean that Disciple Guides come "nested"?
Disciple Guides are bound together as individual 4-page worksheets. Simply remove the center staple and you will have one worksheet per lesson per child. NOTE: Adventure Disciple Guides are NOT nested and are sold as full books.
My class combines kids of various ages. Which DiscipleLand resources should I use?
For classes that have children of more than two different grade levels, we suggest using the DiscipleTown or DiscipleLand Adventure curriculum.
We have readers and non-readers in the same class. How do we use DiscipleLand?
DiscipleLand Preschool and Kindergarten are designed for pre-readers or non-readers. DiscipleLand Core Bible, DiscipleTown, and Adventure curriculum is for readers. Teachers can adapt Kindergarten and Core Bible (Level 1 only) for children with differing reading abilities.
Does DiscipleLand offer a "Wednesday night" curriculum?
Many churches have found that DiscipleTown or DiscipleLand Adventure work well for midweek programs.
Is it possible to use the Teacher Guide without using the Disciple Guides?
This is possible, but not recommended. Student workbooks encourage children to use their Bibles and add an exciting dimension to each lesson. Teachers find that they work much harder when their children do not have workbooks.
Does DiscipleLand offer a Vacation Bible School (VBS) curriculum?
No, we do not offer VBS not at this time. Some churches have adapted our DiscipleTown and DiscipleLand Adventure curriculum into their own VBS programs.
I’d like to make copies of DiscipleLand resources. Can I do that?
DiscipleLand Disciple Guides are not reproducible. Teacher Guides allow users to reproduce some pages as handouts to children (look for "permission to copy" note at the bottom of these pages). Otherwise, it is illegal to photocopy DiscipleLand curriculum.
