All clip art images available for copying or download are copyright, Treasure Learning Systems, LLC (“DiscipleLand”) and the logos are trademark Treasure Learning Systems, LLC (“DiscipleLand”), all rights reserved.

By copying, downloading, or making any use of the Images located at www.discipleland.com/teacher-resources/clip-art.html, you agree that your use of same is subject to the following:

• You may use the images only for promotion and/or supplementation of classes using DiscipleLand Bible Curriculum.
• The Images cannot be used to sell any product or promote any non-DiscipleLand product. You may not alter, or modify the Images, in whole or in part, for any reason. Custom text may be added to Images included in the “Customizable” Image category.
• This right to use is personal to you and is not transferable by you to another party. DiscipleLand reserves the right in its sole discretion to deny, terminate, or further restrict use of the images at any time.
• As between you and DiscipleLand, DiscipleLand is and shall remain the sole and exclusive owner of the Images. You will not delete, alter, or obfuscate any proprietary legends relating to the Images.
• The Images are provided by DiscipleLand on an ‘as is’ basis, without warranty of any kind, including non-infringement or ownership. You, not DiscipleLand, are responsible for your use of the Images. Any misuse of the Image or breach of this Agreement will cause DiscipleLand irreparable harm.
• DiscipleLand grants permission to copy, download, or make use of Images located only at www.discipleland.com/teacher-resources/clip-art.html.
