Eligibility and Enrollment
|
- All customers located in the USA who expect to purchase DiscipleLand resources each quarter are eligible. Customers outside the USA, bookstores, distributors, and similar organizations are not eligible.
- To enroll in the Standing Order Program (SOP), call the SOP hotline, listed above, by the Enrollment Deadline dates listed in the chart above.
- To remain eligible, simply place an order each quarter.
- If you miss a quarter, simply re-enroll after a one-quarter waiting period. To re-enroll, visit the SOP web page before the appropriate Enrollment Deadline and click the "Sign Up for SOP Program" button to begin the registration process.
- For example, if you do not order during the Summer quarter (June-August), you may again participate in the SOP program beginning in the Winter quarter (December-February) if you re-enroll by September 30.

Notification and Discounts |
- To help you remember to place your SOP order each quarter, you will receive a Reminder Notice. Reminder Notices will be sent according to the schedule in the chart above and will be in either of two formats:
- If your previous quarter SOP order was placed on the DiscipleLand Store website, your Reminder Notice will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your store account.
- If your previous quarter SOP order was placed via telephone or fax, your Reminder Notice will be mailed to the shipping address of your previous order.
- Please Note: Customers that sign up for the SOP program through the DiscipleLand web site will automatically receive their first Reminder Notice via e-mail.
- Your Reminder Notice will include your "Coupon Code" for the quarter. Coupon codes may be used multiple times before their expiration date listed in the chart above.
- Coupon codes enable SOP customers to receive an 8% discount on SOP purchases placed through the DiscipleLand Store website, or a 3% discount for orders placed via telephone, fax or e-mail with attached order form.
- Please note: non-discount prices will be displayed while shopping at the DiscipleLand Store. Your SOP discount will be taken during the 'checkout' process, once your coupon code is applied.
- All DiscipleLand resources are eligible for SOP discounts.
- Shipping charges will be calculated before the discount is applied.
- SOP-related coupon codes are for the sole use of customers enrolled in the SOP program. Coupon codes may not be shared.

Ordering |
- You may place your quarterly SOP in three ways: 1) online at the DiscipleLand Store, 2) via telephone, 3) or via fax. Please note the applicable discounts indicated above.
- To place your SOP online at the DiscipleLand Store, go to the SOP web page and click the green "Place Your SOP Order Now" button in the center of the SOP web page.
- If you do not already have a DiscipleLand Store account, you must create one before you will be able to purchase online. To do so, click the "Create a DiscipleLand Store Account link at the bottom of the SOP web page. Please have your 7-digit customer number handy when creating your account.
- To place your order by telephone, please call the SOP hotline.
- To fax your order, please download a current DiscipleLand order form and fax to the number indicated on the order form. DiscipleLand order forms are available on the SOP web page.
- To determine what quantities and resources you need to order each quarter, please login to your DiscipleLand Store account and review your previous orders or reference previous invoices.
- Upon receipt of your order, please review its contents to ensure that you have received the correct items and quantities. If you notice any discrepancies, please review the "Returns" section below.

Returns |
- DiscipleLand resources may be returned per the terms and conditions included in the DiscipleLand Returns Policy. Returns include: damaged items, defective items, items not ordered, surplus items.
- SOP customers must initiate the returns process no more than 90 days after receipt of order.
- DiscipleLand returns and/or replacements require a Return Authorization number. To obtain a Return Authorization number, please call the SOP hotline.

Changes or Termination |
- SOP Policies and Procedures may be changed or the Program cancelled at any time. Notice of such changes or termination will be sent to the 'Reminder Notice' address on file.
