Kindergarten Curriculum
Quarters A-D
DiscipleLand Kindergarten thrills and challenges children ages 5-6 with wonder-filled dramas of more than 48 Bible personalities. Kids will embrace one Biblical character trait each lesson while discovering that Jesus is the special Hero who fulfilled God’s plan to rescue them from sin. They’ll overview the entire Bible in one year!
Every quarter includes 12 Bible lessons (plus one review lesson). Kindergarten uses sequential Bible stories to introduce kids to the heroes of the Bible. We recommend beginning with Quarter A, although you can use DiscipleLand resources in any order.

Quarter A: Amazing Old Testament Heroes
Search for a Hero that can rescue people and save the world. Your children will examine 16 Old Testament heroes and heroines in light of their godly characteristics. They will be excited to see how God worked through these men and women to help His people. They will learn that Jesus is the Hero promised by God.
Bible content: Genesis - Ruth
Quarter B: Amazing Old Testament Heroes II
Look to God to rule in perfect love and mercy. Kindergartners will explore the lives of 13 Old Testament leaders that tried to guide God's people to His Truth. They will encounter righteous actions and characteristics they can apply to their daily lives. They will acknowledge Jesus as the King of Kings.

Quarter C: Amazing New Testament Heroes
Welcome Jesus, the Hero and King! Your students will discover the faith of 19 New Testament personalities who responded to the presence of Jesus in their lives. They will see the living Christ through the eyes of the people in the Gospels. They will understand why Jesus is the Hero who God sent to save us all.

Quarter D: Amazing New Testament Heroes II
Tell others about God's wonderful plan. Your kids will marvel at the greatness of God proclaimed by 13 New Testament disciples. They will see how Jesus' death and resurrection sparked a fire of love that spread throughout the whole world. They will watch these men and women risk it all so that others may know about the risen Savior.
