1. I'm having trouble registering for free Sample Lessons.

Occasionally, web site visitors may experience a problem while attempting to register for sample lessons.  This can be caused by any number of factors and we apologize for this inconvenience.  If you wish, we will mail you a DiscipleLand Sampler, our 48-page full-color catalog, which contains sample lessons.

If you haven't already, please review the troubleshooting ideas in the "Samples" FAQ.

2. I am having trouble downloading sample lessons from the DiscipleLand web site.

DiscipleLand downloadable Sample Lessons are large files, up to 1 MB in size. Depending upon the configuration of your computer and your Internet connection, they may take several minutes to download or open. You should also make sure that the latest version of Adobe Reader is installed on your computer. If not, you may download it for free.

If you continue to experience problems, we recommend that you order a free copy of DiscipleLand's 48-page, full-color Sampler.

3. I registered to download sample lessons, but the system won't accept my password when I try to buy something/check out.

The username and password that you received when registering to view Sample Lessons is not unique and cannot be used to access your online DiscipleLand Store account. Creating an account at the online DiscipleLand Store is an entirely separate process. To create an online account, please click here.

4. How can I join the DiscipleLand Newsletter mailing list?

When you register online for free sample lessons or when ordering, you will be given an opportunity to subscribe to our e-mail newsletter.

You may also login to your DiscipleLand Store account and then select "Modify Personal Information" from the account menu. Then, simply check the box in the "Newsletter Signup" section. To create an online account, please click here.
5. How can I change the e-mail address where I receive the DiscipleLand Newsletter?

To update your e-mail Newsletter subscription address, please click the link provided in our e-mail Newsletters. You may also login to your DiscipleLand Store account and then select 'Modify Personal Information'. Changing the e-mail address associated with your DiscipleLand Store account will also change your subscription e-mail address.

6. How can I unsubscribe from the DiscipleLand Newsletter?

To unsubscribe from the DiscipleLand e-mail Newsletter, please click the link provided in each e-mail Newsletter, or click here.

7. Does DiscipleLand share my personal information?

DiscipleLand protects and respects your personal information, whether collected on the telephone, our web site, or other systems. DiscipleLand does NOT make its customer lists available to other companies or business/ministry partners.

8. What types of information does DiscipleLand collect on its web site?

Information You Give Us

You provide such information when you buy resources, participate in customer surveys, or communicate with customer service.

Automatic Information

Examples of the information we collect and analyze include the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information such as browser type and version, operating system, and platform; referring web sites or search engines.

Other Information

Examples of information we receive from other sources include updated delivery and address information from our shippers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase or communication more easily.

9. Is it safe to use my credit card on DiscipleLand's web site?

You can safely enter your credit card number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information. All credit card purchases require a three or four digit security (or validation) code. Locate the three or four digit security code on the front or back of your credit card. The images below will help you find where the security code is located on your card.

Should you feel uncomfortable using your credit card to place an order at the online DiscipleLand Store, please select the "Please Bill Me" payment option and then call 866-343-2475 to provide your credit card information. Your order will not be processed until we receive credit card information.
