1. How do I create an account at the online DiscipleLand Store?
If you have not placed an order at the online DiscipleLand Store and wish to create a free account, please click here.
2. I've already registered to view sample lessons. Do I still need to create an online DiscipleLand Store account?
The username and password that you received when registering to view Sample Lessons is not unique and cannot be used to access your online DiscipleLand Store account. Creating an account at the online DiscipleLand Store is a separate process. To create an online account, please click here.
3. I already have an account at the online DiscipleLand Store. Do I need to register again to download Sample Lessons?
If you already have an online DiscipleLand Store account, you do not need to register to view DiscipleLand Sample Lessons. To access Sample Lessons, please log in to your account and then select "View Sample Lessons" from the account menu.
4. I forgot my password and can't log in. What should I do?
If you have forgotten your DiscipleLand Store account password, please click here to request your password by e-mail. Please note: the username and password that you received when registering to view Sample Lessons cannot be used to access your online DiscipleLand Store account.
To ensure that you receive your "forgotten password" e-mail, please add the e-mail address weborder@discipleland.com to your address book or "safe sender list".
If you no longer have access to the e-mail address registered with the DiscipleLand Store and have forgotten your password, please contact DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475.
5. I forgot my username and can't log in. What should I do?
When you created your online DiscipleLand Store account, you were asked to provide your e-mail address. Your e-mail address is your account username. If you no longer have access to the e-mail address registered with the DiscipleLand Store and have forgotten your password, please contact DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475.
6. How can I update my online DiscipleLand Store account information, including e-mail address?
To modify your online DiscipleLand Store account information, please log in to your account and then select "Modify Personal Information" from the account menu.
7. How can I view the previous orders I've placed at the online DiscipleLand Store?
To view any orders previously placed at the online DiscipleLand Store, please log in to your account and then select '"View Previous Orders" from the account menu.
8. How can I change or add another shipping address to my account?
Each online DiscipleLand Store account may have multiple shipping addresses on file. To modify a current shipping address, or to add an additional one, please login to your account and then select "Manage Shipping Addresses" from the account menu.
To modify your billing address, please login to your account and then select "Modify Personal Information" from the account menu.
9. I did not receive an e-mail confirmation of my online DiscipleLand Store order. What happened?
Each order placed at the online DiscipleLand Store should receive two e-mail confirmations. The first is sent immediately after your order is placed. The second is sent when your order is being prepared for shipping. If you did not receive these e-mail confirmations, it is likely due to a spam filter.
To ensure that you receive online DiscipleLand Store e-mail confirmations, please add the e-mail address weborder@discipleland.com to your address book or "safe sender list."
10. I have a question about the charges on my invoice.
A DiscipleLand Customer Service representative will be glad to help you. Please call 866-343-2475.
If you wish, you may also contact DiscipleLand via e-mail by visiting our "Contact Us" page and using the e-mail form. For faster service, be sure to select the subject "Billing Question" and include your invoice number.
11. I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
To view invoices for any orders placed at the online DiscipleLand Store, please login to your account and then select "View Previous Orders" from the account menu. If you did not place your order through the online DiscipleLand Store, please call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475.
12. How do I pay my past due amount?
To pay a past due amount, please send a check payable to "DiscipleLand" with your 7-digit account number on the memo line to:

13. I'm new to my job. How can I update our ministry's account information?
