DiscipleLand's Standing Order Program (SOP) is an excellent way to save up to 8% on all of your DiscipleLand resource orders. The SOP is open to all USA-based churches, ministries and individuals that expect to order DiscipleLand resources each quarter, and that meet basic eligibility requirements.
2. Who is eligible to join the Standing Order Program?
All customers located in the USA who expect to purchase DiscipleLand resources each quarter are eligible to join the Standing Order Program (SOP). Customers outside the USA, bookstores, distributors, and similar organizations are not eligible.
To join the Standing Order Program (SOP), please review and agree to the SOP Policies and Procedures. You may also call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475 to join the program.
Please note: the enrollment deadline to participate in the Spring (March - May) quarter is December 31, 2008.
4. What is required to stay in the Standing Order Program?
To remain eligible for the Standing Order Program (SOP), simply place an order each quarter.
If you miss a quarter, simply reenroll after a one-quarter waiting period. To re-enroll, visit the SOP web page before the appropriate Enrollment Deadline and click the "Sign Up for the SOP Program" button to begin the registration process.
For example, if you do not order during the Summer quarter (June-August), you may again participate in the SOP program beginning in the Winter quarter (December-February) if you re-enroll by September 30.
5. How do I place Standing Order Program Orders?
There are three ways you may place your quarterly Standing Order Program (SOP) order: 1) online at the DiscipleLand Store, 2) via telephone, 3) via fax. Please note the applicable discounts indicated in the SOP Policies and Procedures.
6. How do I leave, or cancel, my Standing Order Program participation?
You may simply leave or cancel your participation in the SOP if you do not place an order during a quarter (as defined in the SOP Policies and Procedures).
If you miss a quarter and wish to reenroll after a one-quarter waiting period, visit the SOP web page before the appropriate Enrollment Deadline and click the "Sign Up for the SOP Program" button to begin the registration process.
7. I haven't received my SOP coupon code. Where is it?
If your previous quarter SOP order was placed on the online DiscipleLand Store, your Reminder Notice will be sent to the e-mail address associated with your store account.
If your previous quarter SOP order was placed via telephone or fax, your Reminder Notice will be mailed to the shipping address of your previous order.
Please note: customers who sign up for the SOP program through the DiscipleLand web site will automatically receive their first Reminder Notice via e-mail.
