1. What is DiscipleLand's Returns Policy?

DiscipleLand's complete Returns Policy may be accessed here. Generally, DiscipleLand accepts returns on the following:

  • Incomplete, damaged or defective resources
    • In the event that your order is incomplete or damaged or includes defective resources, contact DiscipleLand Customer Service within 24 hours of order receipt at 866-343-2475. Please have your sales order number available.
    • We will arrange for new resources to be sent to you and the defective resources returned to us at no additional cost to you.
    • Please keep any packaging that is damaged until you talk with us. This packaging may be needed to make a claim with the shipping company.
  • Extra or unused resources
    • Extra and/or unused resources from DiscipleLand are returnable up to 30 days after the original invoice date (90 days for Standing Order Program participants and bookstores .
    • To receive credit, returned resources must be in saleable (like-new) condition, so please pack them well. Please pay particular attention to protecting the corners of books.
    • For further information or to initiate a return, please review DiscipleLand's Returns Policy.

Please note: any returned resources that do not meet the terms and conditions stipulated in DiscipleLand's Returns Policy will not receive credit and cannot be sent back to the customer without additional shipping charges.

2. How do I return resources to DiscipleLand?

Please review the Returns Policy to ensure that your resources are eligible for return. If they are, call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475, and we will issue a Return Authorization form either by fax or mail, and a UPS return label, if appropriate. Put the Return Authorization form in the box with the resources you are returning and take it to a UPS or FedEx location for shipping.

To receive credit, returned resources must be in saleable (like-new) condition, so please pack them well. Please pay particular attention to protecting the corners of books.

3. I ordered the wrong resources. What should I do?

If you ordered the wrong resources, please contact DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475. We will help you return the incorrect resources and send you the correct ones.

4. I received the wrong resources. What should I do?

In the event that your order is incorrect, contact DiscipleLand Customer Service within 24 hours of order receipt at 866-343-2475. Please have your sales order number available. We will arrange for new/correct resources to be sent to you and the incorrect material returned to us at no additional cost to you.

5. An item is missing from my shipment. What should I do?

In the event that your order is incomplete, contact DiscipleLand Customer Service within 24 hours of order receipt at 866-343-2475. Please have your sales order number available. We will arrange for new/correct products to be sent to you immediately at no additional cost to you.

6. I received damaged or defective resources. What should I do?

In the event that your order includes damaged or defective resources, contact DiscipleLand Customer Service within 24 hours of order receipt at 866-343-2475. Please have your sales order number available. We will arrange for new/correct resources to be sent to you immediately at no additional cost to you.

Note: Please keep any packaging that is damaged until you talk with us. This packaging may be needed to make a claim with the shipping company.

7. I ordered an Introductory Pack and want to keep some of it and return some of it. How can I do this?

DiscipleLand Introductory Packs are sold as a unit at a reduced price and are returnable within 30 days of purchase. If you choose to return an Introductory Pack, the entire Introductory Pack must be returned. You cannot keep individual resources from the Pack.

8. When I return a resource, how will I receive a refund?

Any returned resources that were initially paid for by a credit card will be refunded to the credit card. Resources included in orders that received terms or were paid for by check or money order will be credited to your account.

If your account has a credit balance, you should deduct the credit amount from your next payment. You may also request a refund in writing by sending an e-mail to DiscipleLand Customer Service.
