1. When will my order sent by 2-Day shipping arrive?
2-Day Delivery means that delivery is guaranteed two business days after the day your order ships. For example, if you place an order Monday before noon Eastern Time, it will ship on Monday and be delivered on Wednesday. An order placed after noon (ET) on Monday would ship on Tuesday; you would receive it on Thursday. Please refer to the following chart to know when your order will arrive.

Important Note: Weekends and national holidays do not count as transit or delivery days. For example, an order placed after noon ET on Friday would ship on Monday and be delivered on Wednesday.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Typically, orders are shipped one business day after they are received. Please allow 7-10 days for ground delivery, depending on your location in the USA (Hawaii and Alaska will take longer). If you require your order sooner, 2-Day Delivery is available when ordering on the web. Overnight and Saturday delivery are available by calling 866-343-2475.
3. How much does shipping cost?

4. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within one business day. More specifically:
Orders received before 12 noon ET on business days often ship the same day.
Orders received after 12 noon ET on business days typically ship the next business day.
Orders received after 12 noon ET on Fridays typically ship the following Monday.
If you ordered through the online DiscipleLand Store or provided your e-mail address when ordering, you should receive an e-mail from UPS when your order ships.
5. How can I track my order?
If you ordered through the online DiscipleLand Store or provided your e-mail address when ordering, you should receive an e-mail from UPS listing the tracking number of your shipment. Click on the tracking number link in the e-mail, or visit the UPS web site to track your package.

6. My order should have arrived by now, but hasn't. Where is it?
