The best way to change or cancel an order is to call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475. Orders typically ship each business day afternoon, so you can often change or cancel your order if you call before then.
2. When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within one business day. More specifically:
Orders received before 3:00 PM ET on business days often ship the same day.
Orders received after 3:00 PM ET on business days typically ship the next business day.
Orders received after 3:00 PM ET on Fridays typically ship the following Monday.
If you ordered through the online DiscipleLand Store or provided your e-mail address when ordering, you should receive an e-mail from UPS when your order ships.
3. How can I combine two orders I just placed?
If you wish to combine two or more orders to save on shipping, please call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475 before any of the orders are shipped. Once orders ship, shipping charges cannot be combined.
4. How can I modify address or payment information for an order I just placed?
If you would like to modify the address or payment information for a recent order, please call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475. Address information cannot be modified once an order ships.
To change address and/or payment information for future orders, please login to your online DiscipleLand Store account and select "Modify Personal Information" or "Manage Shipping Addresses". If you do not have a DiscipleLand Store account, please call DiscipleLand Customer Service at 866-343-2475.
5. My order never arrived.
