2. I live outside the USA. How can I order DiscipleLand resources?
DiscipleLand maintains relationships with distributors located in regions around the world. Please review our list of International Distributors and contact the one closest to you.
3. Where can I get a copy of the latest DiscipleLand price list/order form?
The latest DiscipleLand price list/order form is available for download. You may also call 866-343-2475 to request that an order form be mailed to you.
4. When ordering, what are my payment options?
Individuals
Individuals must prepay orders using a credit card, personal check, or money order.
Individuals ordering via the online DiscipleLand Store must pay by credit card. Mailed-in order forms should be accompanied by a personal check or credit card information. Faxed-in order forms require payment by credit card.
Organizations
Organization with a verifiable address and phone number may choose to prepay orders or receive net 30-day terms.
Organizations accepting terms will receive an invoice approximately 10 days after placing an order, and a statement each month.
Invoices may be paid by company or personal check, or credit card.
DiscipleLand accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover.
DiscipleLand reserves the right to charge $30.00 for NSF/Returned Checks
5. When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped, usually one business day after your order was placed.
If for some reason a resource you ordered is not available and cannot be shipped, your credit card will be charged only for those items shipped.
6. If I pay for my order by credit card, how will the transaction appear on my credit card statement?
DiscipleLand orders paid by credit card may appear on your credit card statement as: "DiscipleLand/TTB/TLS"
7. Do I have to pay sales tax?
Only individuals in Colorado and Nebraska pay sales tax. Churches and bookstores with a tax ID number and anyone else not in those states do not pay sales tax.
