National Training DirectorDick Crider, who leads the seminars, has trained over 60,000 teachers and parents. He has served as a youth pastor, children's pastor and worship leader. He has been a Christian education consultant working with local churches since 1986. Dick's unique family gives him the experience for understanding today's children and the needs of parents. His passion for discipling children and helping parents become the spiritual leaders in their homes has inspired thousands of teachers and parents. We ask the church to participate in the travel expenses to a maximum of $500.00 when hosting a training event (contiguous United States only).
