Shipping Policy
DiscipleLand ships orders within the 48 continental United States via UPS using real-time rates plus a surcharge for handling. Orders typically ship within one business day.
Orders received on evenings, weekends, or holidays will be shipped on the next business day. UPS does not operate on weekends, so there is no movement of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
UPS 2-Day Delivery Note:
2-Day Delivery means that you are guaranteed to receive your order two business days after it ships.
Example 1: an order placed on Monday will typically ship on Tuesday and will arrive on Thursday.
Example 2: an order placed on Thursday will typically arrive on Tuesday of the following week. (UPS does not operate on weekends, so there is no movement of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.)
Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and military post offices (APOs and FPOs) are usually sent via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs may differ from what is shown on the web order. You will be contacted with the correct shipping amount.
International orders have two ship options:
Express Mail International
–usually 5-7 days ship time – no guaranteed time
–insured and traceable
–usually more expensive
–if your order does not arrive or is damaged, DiscipleLand will reship
–prices vary with country and weight of boxes
Priority Mail International
–usually 10-14 days ship time – no guaranteed time
–no insurance available to most countries and not traceable
–usually less expensive
–customers assume all responsibility for the order—unreceived orders must still be paid for
–prices vary with the country and weight of the boxes.
