Reward Points
Save up to 10% on DiscipleLand Curriculum Now, each dollar you spend at the DiscipleLand Online Store earns Reward Points. Collect Reward Points and redeem them for discounts on all DiscipleLand products! Here's how the program works: - Your online purchases automatically earn Reward Points at a rate of 1 point per dollar.
- Create a gift certificate to redeem your Reward Points (at a rate of $.10 per point) on future DiscipleLand purchases. You will receive an email with your gift certificate code to apply at checkout.
Terms and Conditions The following provisions form the basis of the DiscipleLand Rewards Program (the "Program"). Your participation in the Program will be governed by these provisions. It is your responsibility as the program member ("Member") to read and understand all of them. These Program Rules cannot be superseded or altered, except in writing from DiscipleLand. General Conditions - The Program is open to all DiscipleLand retail customers. Wholesale or Distributor accounts are ineligible to participate. Such ineligible accounts are defined as individuals or organizations purchasing DiscipleLand resources at a prearranged discount.
- Existing and newly-created DiscipleLand Online Store accounts are eligible to participate immediately but must accept these terms to enroll.
- Reward Points do not constitute property of the Program Member and are not transferable between Program Member accounts.
- Reward Points accrued in two or more existing DiscipleLand Online Store accounts may be combined only if the accounts use the same billing address. In this case, the existing accounts will be consolidated into a new account.
- The sale, barter, or transfer of Reward Points is prohibited.
- DiscipleLand reserves the right to award bonus Reward Points to certain Program Members at any time, based on purchase activity, Program participation, or other factors determined at DiscipleLand's sole discretion.
- DiscipleLand reserves the right to review any and all Reward Points accounts at any time for compliance with the Program Rules, without notice to the Program Member.
- DiscipleLand reserves the right to modify the Program and/or Program Rules in any way.
Reward Point Balance - Program Members may view their Reward Point balance at any time by logging in to their DiscipleLand Online Store account and clicking the “View Reward Point Balance” link.
- DiscipleLand will not provide regular statements to Program Members.
Reward Point Accrual - DiscipleLand Reward Points are accrued on each eligible order purchased via the DiscipleLand Online Store.
- Reward Points post to a Program Member’s account when the corresponding order ships and is billed.
- Orders placed by phone, mail, fax, or other means may not accrue Reward Points.
- All regularly-priced products purchased via the DiscipleLand Online Store accrue Reward Points.
- Reward Points are accrued at the rate of one (1) dollar per point (rounded down).
- Orders on which a discount coupon or some other promotion or discount has been applied, may accrue a reduced number of Reward Points, or none at all.
Reward Point Redemption - Reward Points may be redeemed only via the DiscipleLand Online Store. A customer must create a redemption Gift Certificate in order to redeem reward points. The resulting Gift Certificate will contain a code used for a discount on subsequent orders.
- Reward Points are redeemed at the rate of 1 point = $0.10.
- Reward Points may be redeemed in any quantity: there is no minimum or maximum requirement.
- Reward Points accrued on a current order may not be redeemed on that same order. Only Reward Points accrued from previous orders are available to redeem on a current order.
- Reward Points are not redeemed automatically. Customer is responsible for entering the Gift Certificate code at checkout.
- Reward Points may not be redeemed on orders already processed or shipped.
- Reward Points cannot be redeemed for shipping fees.
- Shipping charges are calculated based upon the weight of the product and is not affected by Reward Point redemption.
- Orders with a discounted subtotal of $0.00 due to Reward Point redemption are still subject to shipping charges based on the actual product weight.
- Orders to which both a discount coupon and a Reward Point redemption have been applied will be calculated as follows:
- First, the actual product total will be discounted based upon the number of Reward Points redeemed.
- Second, the discount coupon will be applied to the new, reduced product total.
Product Returns - In the event of product returns, dollar credit will be issued to a customer equaling a discounted amount that reflects any Reward Point redemption on the orginal order. Reward Points previously accrued by returned products will be forfeited and removed from a Member’s account when the items are received. This may result in a temporary negative Reward Point balance in a Member’s account.
Account Suspension and Reward Point Forfeiture - Reward Points accrued from unpaid orders more than 30 days past due may be forfeited altogether. Such forfeitures will be made at DiscipleLand's sole discretion.
- If a Program Member’s account has a past due balance, DiscipleLand reserves the right to temporarily suspend the Member’s Program participation.
Reward Point Expiration - Reward Points will expire when a Program Member’s account is inactive for 12 months.
- To keep an account active, a Program Member must place at least one order at the DiscipleLand Online Store at least once every 12 months.
- Only orders in which the total (after discounts and Reward Point redemption) is greater than $0.00 (not including shipping charges) will count toward keeping an account active.
- Reward Points will remain in a Program Member’s account and be redeemable as long as the Member’s account is active and in good standing, and while the Program is in force.
- Should DiscipleLand decide to terminate this Program, or significantly modify it, DiscipleLand will notify Members at least 30 days in advance.
- In the event of Program termination, all Reward Points will become void.
